We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use AllCovrd RepZone for your business purposes in accordance with these terms.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your team members comply with these terms
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose

• Reverse engineer or copy any features or functionality

Data Ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into AllCovrd RepZone. We claim no ownership over your customer data, pins, zones, or team information.

Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through the settings page.

Limitation of Liability

AllCovrd RepZone is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the application.
