End User License Agreement

1. Grant of License

By purchasing or accessing TraderU products, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content, tools, and materials provided solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any paid content, curriculum, tools, or recordings
• Share your account login or access credentials with any third party
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any portion of the TraderU platform or its content
• Reverse-engineer any proprietary tools or systems provided within the platform
• Record or distribute live sessions, voice chats, or any real-time content without written permission

3. Intellectual Property

All content within TraderU, including but not limited to curriculum materials, video lessons, trading frameworks, proprietary tools, community resources, branding, and visual design, is the exclusive intellectual property of TraderU and its founder. All rights reserved.

4. No Financial Advice

Nothing within the TraderU platform constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. The license granted here covers access to educational content only. All trading decisions are made at your own risk and discretion.

5. Termination

This license is automatically terminated upon violation of any of these terms. TraderU reserves the right to revoke access at any time without notice for breach of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of licensed content and materials.

6. Updates to Tools and Content

TraderU reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any tools, content, or features within the platform at any time. Your license does not guarantee access to any specific feature or piece of content indefinitely.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The TraderU platform and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any tools or frameworks will produce specific results.

8. Limitation of Liability

TraderU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any content within it, including any losses resulting from trading activity conducted based on information accessed through the platform.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration, waiving your right to a jury trial or class action, except where prohibited by applicable law.

10. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and TraderU regarding use of the platform and supersedes any prior agreements or representations.
