4. Trading Risk Disclosure

Trading futures, options, equities, forex, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk and is not suitable for every person. You may lose all or more than your initial investment. Only trade with capital you can afford to lose.

7. Community Conduct and Support Channels

Community members are expected to use the proper support channels and respect the structure of the community. If support is provided through designated community moderators, tickets, or direct contact channels, members must use those channels rather than interrupting unrelated public content or live streams.

Repeated disruption, ignoring support structure, or violating stated community process may result in removal from the community with no refund where permitted by applicable law and platform terms.

8. Confidentiality, Internal Material, and Competing Communities

What is shared inside the Trader U LLC community is intended for members of that community only. Calls, setups, educational methods, internal commentary, protected resources, and community-only material may not be copied, repackaged, redistributed, taught elsewhere, or used to build or support a competing group, server, course, or community.

If you join a competing community for the purpose of sharing, comparing, leaking, reselling, or repurposing information learned here, or if you use knowledge, structure, or internal materials from this community to start your own competing community, Trader U LLC may revoke access immediately. Access termination under this section may be immediate and without refund where permitted by law.

9. Comments, Links, and Third-Party Content

If the website allows comments or community posting, users are responsible for what they publish. You represent that you have the right to post that content and that it does not violate another party's rights or applicable law.

We may link to or mention third-party content, platforms, or providers. Trader U LLC is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services and does not necessarily endorse them.

10. Multi-Level Marketing and Business Opportunity Disclaimer

Trader U LLC is not a multi-level marketing or network marketing company. Any referral or affiliate features do not create an MLM structure.
