Refund Policy

1. No Returns

Trader U LLC does not accept returns for digital products, programs, memberships, software, classes, course materials, or related educational content sold through this site or through approved checkout platforms.

2. No Refunds

Once access is granted, purchases are non-refundable and non-cancelable. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that no refund, exchange, or reversal will be issued.

This policy is intended to match the final-sale nature of digital products and online course access.

3. Marketplace and Third-Party Checkout Platforms

If a purchase is processed through a marketplace or third-party provider such as Whop or another platform, the transaction may also be subject to that platform's marketplace rules and terms of service.

Trader U LLC may reference platform terms for context, but Trader U LLC's own policy remains that all sales are final for digital education products unless required otherwise by law.

4. Split Payment Plans

If a customer selects a split payment plan, the full payment obligation remains in place after the first payment is made. Split plans cannot be canceled simply because the customer stops using the product, does not complete the material, or changes their mind.

• Remaining installments must be paid in full according to the agreed schedule.
• Missed payments may result in restricted access to the course, membership, or product.
• Trader U LLC may pursue collection or legal remedies to recover unpaid balances where permitted by law.

5. Technical Access Issues

If a purchaser has trouble accessing digital content, Trader U LLC may provide reasonable support to restore access. Technical support is not the same as a refund right.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, payment terms, and policy pages before purchase. By purchasing from Trader U LLC, the customer affirms that they understand this No Returns / No Refunds Policy.
